Full Gantry Cranes of the Single Truss Girder Type

Single-girder cranes in latticework construction are used for stockyards and handling installations in all industries. As required and depending on capacity, these cranes are equipped either with monorail or bi-rail trolleys running on the bottom flanges.

In addition, bi-rail trolleys can be equipped with slewing gear. The possible equipment with single or double hook, motor or four-rope grab, lifting magnet or spreader enables this type of crane to be used for all modes of operation and all stress groups. The portal-type design of the crane legs makes it possible to move over cantilevers of different lengths. When used at ports, the sea-side cantilever can be folded upwards by means of a separate winch mechanism.

Full gantry cranes in single truss girder construction can be offered both with low lifting capacities and up to the the range of heavy-duty cranes.

Operating speeds are adapted to the transport and handling output required. The supporting structures are corrosion-protected tubular truss or sectional steel constructions.
