Vocational training

Basic vocational training at Kranbau Köthen GmbH plays an important role. We attach great importance to well-founded and practice-oriented training. Our experienced, qualified personnel is always available to help our young trainees.

Our share of trainees currently accounts for 7% of total staff. Our aim is to specifically compensate our normal and inevitable personnel losses with young people and to improve our qualification structure over the long term.

After finishing their training, young skilled workers are generally awarded limited contracts of employment. After an intensive familiarisation period, further qualification measures are undertaken depending on the requirements of the company.
